JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Assistant at Gun City + Fishing Napier, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-stocked, well-organized, and provides outstanding shopping experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining product availability by restocking shelves and displays.
• Merchandising products in an attractive and organized manner.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing product information.
• Using your product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
• Providing excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Contributing to a friendly and welcoming store environment.
